Primary 5 and 6 had a visit from the Dairy Council today, it was great fun. We learnt about the food groups and what foods we should eat, we also talked about how we can include lots of dairy in our diet. We learnt a rap to help us remember to keep a good balance between food and fitness! We even got to do a little dance or two!
